Understanding the experience of social housing tenants is vital to help housing providers ensure the housing and associated services they provide are being delivered as expected.

On April 1st 2023, The Regulator of Social Housing launched a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. This system will include a set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) that social housing landlords must report on. For more information on TSM regulations click here
