    I’m responsible for the day to day running of the company, developing our strategy, identifying business opportunities and ensuring that we always deliver great service to our customers.

    I have over 20 years experience in the retail and customer service industry and am passionate about helping organisations grow through better understanding of their people and customers.

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    My role as operations manager is to oversee the provision of all our services.  I make sure the we are operating a smooth, efficient service that exceeds the expectations of our clients.

    With over 15 years experience in the feedback industry I've had the pleasure of working with multinational companies and talented colleagues.

    I am responsible for the success of our clients projects, looking after a wide variety of projects from patient and customer feedback to employee experience.

    I enjoy helping clients understand the value in their customer and colleague feedback and relish building relationships with people on a day to day basis.

    Octav Ilies

    PROJECTS COORDINATOR

    I am responsible for in-house design projects, technical lead for employee feedback projects as well as delivering excellent service and support to our customers. 

    I also assist with the development and testing of our applications.  I love my job because I get to work with well-established global companies on a daily basis!
