I’m responsible for the day to day running of the company, developing our strategy, identifying business opportunities and ensuring that we always deliver great service to our customers. I have over 15 years experience in the retail and customer service industry.
My role as operations manager is to oversee the provision of all our services. I make sure the we are operating a smooth, efficient service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. With over 7 years experience in the feedback industry I've had the pleasure of working with multinational companies and talented colleagues.
My main role is to ensure all our clients are receiving the service and support they need from us throughout their projects. I am fortunate to have fun and professional colleagues to work with who have helped me develop throughout my 3 years working here.
I am responsible for in-house design projects as well as delivering excellent service and support to our customers. I also assist with the development and testing of our applications. I love my job because I get to work with well-established global companies on a daily basis!
